(BCU = Bob Curry Units - A well known tried & tested Curry Heat measure that's used the world over in Tootgarook, which rates Curry spicyness on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 is the limit of my enjoyment, and although I've had a few 11s & 12s in my time, all I could taste was warm magma, so a 10 isn't the hottest out there, but it's the hottest we'll pop on our menus at The Kitchen... Chilli heat is subjective however, and my 5 might be your 10. So don't blame us if your mouth spontaneously combusts while eating a curry with a BCU of 7. Conversly, if you have a penchant for molton igneous rock with your rice, please ask for more chilli in your curry & we'll be happy to push the BCUs up a few notches...)
