Get ready to hop into Easter Sunday with our amazing four-course Easter Sunday Roast! We've got a lineup of delicious dishes that'll make you want to lick your fingers clean.

First up, we're starting with some seriously fresh and flavourful bread and dips. Think warm, crusty bread with delicious chipotle hummus, beetroot tzatziki, and flame-roasted capsicum dip. Yum!

Next, we're bringing the heat with a choice of two cozy soups that'll warm you right up. We're using the freshest seasonal ingredients to create your choice of either a Creamy New England Clam Chowder or Honey Roasted Pumpkin Soup. Both are perfect for warming the body and soul on those cooler Autumn days

And now for the main event... our slow roast lamb shoulder and pork loin! The lamb is cooked to perfection over six hours and we serve up the pork juicy and with ample of the crackliest crackling there is! They’re both dished up with golden roast potatoes, glazed carrots, buttered green beans, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and pan juice gravy - we guarantee that it'll be the centrepiece of your Easter feast!

For the sweet finale, we've got some seriously delicious desserts that are perfect for sharing. Think decadent dark chocolate brownie, sweet mini pavlovas with berries, and our famous flourless orange & almond cake!

And don't forget about the bubbles! We're welcoming you with a glass of the good stuff on arrival to add some extra sparkle to your celebration.
